		<description>I am looking into this at the moment but I don&#039;t have any answers for you yet. It seems like a pretty good thing for a help desk scenerio and that is what I would like to start to implement where I work.</description>

		<description>It would speed things up alot. Group policies should be able to roll out something like this, it would be a great help for anyone working in a enterprise environment.

		<description>To get an update for this. I&#039;m on the 2274 MS training and had to ask the teacher about this today. There is a GPO in Computer/Admin/System/Remote that says offer remote assistance. Enable it and define the group who can offer remote assistance.
After that you should find offer remote assistance in help and support center.</description>
